Order Cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and will be issued using your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Perishable or expired items.

• Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

• Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.

Sale or discounted items are generally not eligible for refunds, unless required by applicable law.

Returning Your Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss during return shipping.

Please return the product to the same address from which it was delivered, unless we provide you with a different return address.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as refunds can only be issued after the returned item is received.

Gift Returns

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
